The Agent Supervisor (The “Manager”)
- What they do: AI Agents are making errors just like human employees. They may hang or become confused by an odd customer request.
- The Situation: You are sitting in a Control Center overseeing a group of 50 Customer Service AI Agents. When the Lady Agent 12 becomes confused, it draws your attention. You intervene, fix the issue, and act as a teacher to the agent to prevent its recurrence.
- The Shift: You are not customer servicing anymore; you are supervising the customer service team.
